Ajvar

My grandma makes this traditional Serbian dish yearly - Ajvar. It is usually made around September when bell peppers are at their best.  

Below is a short picture process of how it's done:

  • BBQ peppers
  • Sweat, peel & grind peppers
  • Cook & Jar
  • Have fun!

While you're at it you can make 'Ljutica' also. Same process only using spicy small peppers & tomatoes.
